Quality Policy:
All
of my products are made using the highest quality ingredients I can find.
All soaps are allowed to cure for at least 4 weeks, all other items are
made when you order to ensure freshness. For mixing our soaps I use a
scale with accuracy to .01 ounce to ensure consistency when mixing.
My soaps are all hand cut, I try to cut them at 4.5 ounces before
curing. I guarantee all bars will weigh more than 3.5 ounces when I
ship to you.
Shipping Policy:
All
orders will be shipped within 7 days of the order being received via USPS or
UPS depending on customer request. Orders shipped UPS will be
shipped by the fastest method of either ground or 3rd day. I understand there are last
minute gifts. If you need an item to be shipped sooner please
contact us or mention your need in the
comments section of the checkout form. I
will ship all items from a single order together unless an item needs to be
back ordered. If an item is placed on backorder I will then email you
and ask for your preference.
Shipping charges listed in shopping cart are for orders to the US and
Canada only. Actual shipping charges will be added to all other
international orders. All international orders will be shipped USPS
Airmail Parcel Post. International orders will be shipped to the
billing address only. Orders placed to other addresses will not be
shipped. Orders going to an APO or FPO can only be shipped via
USPS. *We offer free Parcel Post
shipping on orders over $300. If any
shipping besides Parcel Post is selected, we will charge the difference
between Parcel Post and the shipping method selected on a separate
transaction. Also note on the order or send me an email acknowledging that an additional
shipping fee will be charged. I can not upgrade the shipping without
acceptance of the additional charges.
Returns Policy:
I
am sorry to say that I cannot accept returns due to the nature of our
products. If any thing is damaged in shipment please
contact us and I will do what I can to
resolve the situation. Privacy Policy:
The Security of your personal
